EMTEQ provides many opportunities for growth and development. However, you need to show it and prove you deserve it. Work hard instead of having something handed to you. Great Work Ethic goes along way, and unfortunately many folks don't have this and feel entitled.

This is not an organization for everyone. It's challenging and we look for people who can make decisions and lead. We invest in people, and sometimes we find they are not the right person for that role. And people don't like to accept that. Instead they blame it on the company when they should be looking at themselves. As my review states, it's known than most posts on glassdoor are made by disgruntle, past employees who hold a grudge from being let go due to lack of performance. So, anyone who is smart enough can take reviews with a grain of salt.
