      This is a Family oriented company with Great benefits which includes Great Pay. I have been here 15 years and would love to continue.

      Cons

      Company has sold to another larger company and has absorbed the finance department into their current staff.

      Great management. The CEO is a great guy and that (for the most part) trickles down.

      Quality of life is reasonable. Good health benefits

      No internal investment in technology. Small company mentality. Backstabbing among staff.
