      Work-Life balance constantly improving vs the past Technology is vastly improving vs the past Most of my co-workers really care about their work. Company is fine with remote work.

      Management seems to care. Work life balance.

      Doing the work of a senior adjuster but they will not give promotions even though the adjusters do the work, for a lower pay.
