Some remote options, learn a lot of different technologies, decent pay

Remote work was going away, little promotion, seemed like they want you to stay at the Help Desk, efficient work leads to more work, which leads to burnout, heavy workload, lots of turn over, low staff, increasing workload, upper management not really listening (only said they will help but really didn’t)
