      Pros

      Working in a young, dynamic and nontraditional work environment is great. Flexible when it came to doctor's appointments, days off & sick days.

      Cons

      Most of the top dogs are extreme micro-managers who do not trust their employees with anything. You will be worked to the bone with limited to no positive reinforcement but will constantly be told what you did wrong. They treat the nightlife people like gold and the corporate employees like garbage. Also, a tiny & unproductive work environment makes it almost impossible to want to be there.

      Good looking patrons Reimbursement for cell phone use.

      Cons

      As a chef this company is completely dissatisfying, your food will constantly be judged by airhead girls from accounting and marketing. People who have no real appreciation for a gradients flavors and only for the look of a dish and is it Instagram worthy. The owners are a combination of Napoleon and a creep. Very Egotistical management style, long long hours on salary you’ll never be compensated for, poorly trained staff that become aggressive when being shown how to properly do something. Constant emails long into your personal time and days off, 6-7 day work weeks. Mediocre pay Lousy benefits
