Management is fair. The salary is fair. Training is great.

It is too early to tell.

They offer competitive wages for the industry and location.

There is an obvious click tied to upper management and you only get ahead by being a part of it. Upper management and HR want to be treated like deities (they aren’t) and you will be forced out if you acknowledge any of the obvious problems. Their processes and procedures are outdated, unclear, and inadequate on every level. There is no stable hierarchy as they move people like chess pieces and most managers / supervisors are useless since only the VP can make decisions without repercussions.
