First, compensation is significantly below market, particularly, for the amount and type of duties performed. It's teenage in relation to 99.99% of places of employment. They do offer a monthly "productivity" bonus, which is the difference between the hourly rate and 13.00/hr (cap). Lastly, the most egregious of issues, they don't withhold state income taxes. So, not only is the pay teenage, but you ended own your respective state income tax. What a joke this place is!! I have seen 3 people quit without notice since being hired. Additionally, their attendance policy is bogus and laughable at best. I've never heard of an employee incurring adverse action for being hospitalized, bereavement or for anything that's out of your control. That's just obserd, obtuse and outrageous. And to add further degradation, the supervisors watch you on camera for there Chicago office. And lie on their subordinates without any proof of the incident.
