Cons
Everyone is working an angle against everyone else. It get tiresome if you just want to focus on creating opportunities and working as a team. It like everyone has a mask and you slowly see it over time. There is also a large culture of bullying that is weirdly accepted but always spoken in undertones. Some people can act with horrible behavior get away with it others get promotions because there family is in c-suite roles. It is not a bad company but you have to be really careful of whom you are around and what team you end up on. One person might be slammed with 17 technicians while the person sitting right next to you has 5 and watches movies all day. Its a really weird environment.
