Too much is thrown a one person, and troubleshooting tickets range from simple to absurd with no training on a lot of things. The problem is, a lot of the stress comes from poor management and not the users/issue itself. This had gotten worse and worse over time. EMCO contracts under another company. EMCO is not the problem itself, it's the other company that they contract under that is the issue and apparently it has been an issue for a long time.
