      Pros

      They treated us well during the tornados. They had food shipped in and let us work late if able.

      Cons

      One constant with EMCO Technologies was micromanagement. We literally had to be allowed to go to the bathroom. Very little technical expertise. The company seemed to think they could manage anything, and make it successful even if they treated their employees poorly.

      Pros

      Good for recent IT grads who want to get experience with remote support

      Cons

      Too much is thrown a one person, and troubleshooting tickets range from simple to absurd with no training on a lot of things. The problem is, a lot of the stress comes from poor management and not the users/issue itself. This had gotten worse and worse over time. EMCO contracts under another company. EMCO is not the problem itself, it's the other company that they contract under that is the issue and apparently it has been an issue for a long time.
