1. Financially very stabled company 2. No salary pending in my whole career. 3. Business is diversified in Facility management, MEP Projects, Fire stopping, Construction material sales. 4. All nationality people are working. Good eco system 5. I did not face any politics . Management never entertain any politics. 6. If you are good at job, then company will never terminate you. career is secure in any department. 7. Company provides bonus every years. We got bonus even at peak Corona years 2020,2021. Cons
1. Office time is 8-9 hours, Site work time for managerial post will be 9 to 14 hours at peak time. 2. 8 hours professionalism cannot follow. 3. If you are a incompetent, Management will terminate you immediatley. Politics wont work for any termination 4. Last month salary pay on 13th - 15th day next month. 5. Annual leave up & down flight ticket will be once in 2 year.
