      There are threem key reason why anyone would join this organization, medical insurance, 401k and dental insurance. Are rhey vital for you?

      Cons

      Once you become a part of this company, you will quickly realize that the management is doing a terrible job of distributing workloads. They gave each employee so much work that most of us had stress-induced dark circles. The upper management is also reluctant to have all-inlcusive meetings more often, making employees feel that there is a lack of transparency. These issues must be addressed before things go from bad to worse. For now, you can avoid this employer.

      Thank you for another fake posting from a non employee. Stressed induced dark circles and overworked? All employees hours are 8am to 5pm with lunch and breaks in the morning and afternoon.

      Pros

      EMC Advertising is an amazing company to work for. They provide an opportunity to grow and advance within your career. The team of employees are extremely talented hardworking individuals that all bring something unique and positive to the company. The benefits package is another great perk of working for EMC. The owner Scott Jensen provides all employees 100% paid medical insurance, dental and 401K. Scott also ensures employees are equipt with all items necessary to preform their jobs and feel comfortable doing so. Not to mention all of the yummy treats supplied in the breakroom!

      Overall working for EMC Advertising has been a wonderful experience.
