      Pros

      There used to be some positive attributes to working for this company, but it has gone downhill in the last 3 years or so.

      Cons

      If you are Brazilian you are set, they give you preference, hire your family members and even cover for each other. If you are not then you are stuck and boarder growth. Also, in the past 3 years there has been a shift to position all leadership at being Brazilian. They also eliminated WFH.

      Bureaucratic labyrinth of red tape. The company's own internal processes really slow down progress.
