Pros
IAD and SM both are very unprofessional and use filthy language to berate fellow employees as if they are communicating at the wet market. They berate and insult employees, treat employees like they are servants. Absolutely no respect. They discriminate and insult employees in public. This is the expectation in this office and this is confidently announced by both the IAD and SM of the department.
Cons
There is no freedom here. IAD carefully inform all employees to stay apart, no teamwork. Their instructions are to keep each employee individually with no 'friend' to talk to. If the IAD and SM find employees talking to each other they would call them and yell at them publicly in the middle of the office until the employee breaks down in tears. They will torture each and every employee separately until to maintain control over them and to break their confidence, this is done in the expectation that the employees will be their servants. work 7 days a week, no rest day.
