Pros
A regular company, nothing special with it
Cons
The culture has devolved into a yes‑man environment where independent thought is discouraged, and groupthink has taken hold. Management fails to provide clear objectives, leaving teams confused and poorly aligned. Instead of addressing root causes, time is wasted on ineffective triage that never solves underlying problems. Expenditures are poorly managed, with new leaders being hired who then require entire support teams, while existing leaders are not held accountable for repeated failures. These leaders consistently deflect responsibility and look for scapegoats rather than owning their mistakes. Multiple surface-level teambuilding activities are carried out, but they involve the same usual few, adding no real value to the broader workforce. Furthermore, under the new CEO, her aggressive approach has created a ‘my way or the highway’ culture, stifling collaboration and discouraging diverse perspectives. Overall, the lack of accountability, poor alignment, wasteful spending, superficial culture, and entrenched groupthink make this a deeply frustrating place to work
