      Great pay, supportive management, clear hierarchy, great benefits (BOY, medical stipend), performance bonuses are honestly a robbery of the company

      requires a lot of mental work and knowledge of various subjects to sell the courses, long calls

      Pros

      The ELVTR team is dedicated to helping instructors succeed. They communicate frequently and clearly with instructors, help design learning opportunities, and provide on-hands support for every class. Constant feedback helps instructors address problems before they grow out of control. Highly recommended.

      Cons

      The system seems to work better for larger, more expensive classes, whereas it would be nice to fill in between 6-week sessions with smaller, one-off sessions to bring students back.
