I work closely with the CEO Elsa Leung. This is a great company for design professionals who want to learn every aspect of the wholesale home decor business, from product design to offshore sourcing, to marketing and sales. Her products are undeniably attractive and well-made. She is a successful multi-talented CEO who has trained many young Bay Area designers who went on to build a career on home decor product design.

We have a Production Environment with many deadlines. Candidates should expect the push to get product design and large orders out the door. Once the deadline is past, we don't go back and rework the designs, so every project starts from scratch again. It can be stressful during crunch time, but any great candidate will stay focused on learning the business. There are many follow-on assignments at name brand companies, and if you want to grow your career, this is the place.
