      - Decision-making often shows signs of bias, with certain individuals being favoured while others’ contributions are overlooked. - Communication from management is frequently unclear, leading to confusion, misalignment, and unnecessary rework. - Feedback lacks consistency and is sometimes delivered in a dismissive or unprofessional manner. - Priorities and decision-making processes are not transparent, creating frustration across the team. - Rather than enabling engineers, management practices sometimes block progress through unclear directions and last-minute changes.

      - Incredible Leadership team across ELT/SLT with marketing leading talent in role and more coming - Leadership and the org deeply care about bringing people on the journey of growth and change, brave when it comes to making critical decisions - Scale-up vibe, fast-paced, lots of opportunity for impactful work and driving improvements - Truly AI led/supported in work delivery complimenting what humans can do - Investing in people and innovation - We are our own customer and product development solves real challenges for the org

      - Both a pro and a con, ELMO is fast paced with lots of work to do - Ambiguous at times which can lead to innovation but if not managed well can lead to burnout also
