      - Competetive salary - Work from home - Non-toxic environment - Everyone is heard and involved - Salary is received fully without taxes

      Cons

      Since employees are employed as freelancers, government mandated benefits aren't included. This means you have to process your own taxes and contributions to government organizations such as PAGIBIG, PhilHealth, etc.

      - Incredible Leadership team across ELT/SLT with marketing leading talent in role and more coming - Leadership and the org deeply care about bringing people on the journey of growth and change, brave when it comes to making critical decisions - Scale-up vibe, fast-paced, lots of opportunity for impactful work and driving improvements - Truly AI led/supported in work delivery complimenting what humans can do - Investing in people and innovation - We are our own customer and product development solves real challenges for the org

      - Both a pro and a con, ELMO is fast paced with lots of work to do - Ambiguous at times which can lead to innovation but if not managed well can lead to burnout also
