      - The culture is great, every team member is valued - Fast growing company which means new roles are coming up all the time - They support development with their staff - Always keeping up to date with market trends and new software

      Cons

      As a result of rapid high growth its hard to find the right person to answer a question, a lot of the time no one know who the right person to go to is.

      - Incredible Leadership team across ELT/SLT with marketing leading talent in role and more coming - Leadership and the org deeply care about bringing people on the journey of growth and change, brave when it comes to making critical decisions - Scale-up vibe, fast-paced, lots of opportunity for impactful work and driving improvements - Truly AI led/supported in work delivery complimenting what humans can do - Investing in people and innovation - We are our own customer and product development solves real challenges for the org

      Cons

      - Both a pro and a con, ELMO is fast paced with lots of work to do - Ambiguous at times which can lead to innovation but if not managed well can lead to burnout also
