      Pros

      Team vibe was great, and the work environment was good.

      Cons

      Management was lacking, and mostly based in Australia. The NZ market is small in comparison to Australia, and youll be expected to train employees on the basics, even though you had no training yourself

      - Incredible Leadership team across ELT/SLT with marketing leading talent in role and more coming - Leadership and the org deeply care about bringing people on the journey of growth and change, brave when it comes to making critical decisions - Scale-up vibe, fast-paced, lots of opportunity for impactful work and driving improvements - Truly AI led/supported in work delivery complimenting what humans can do - Investing in people and innovation - We are our own customer and product development solves real challenges for the org

      - Both a pro and a con, ELMO is fast paced with lots of work to do - Ambiguous at times which can lead to innovation but if not managed well can lead to burnout also
