The launch of the new Workforce Design product will revolutionise HR Software and its exciting to be part of a comapany that is so forward thinking. The customer roadshows are such a great event and the energy coming out of those and into the teams is infectious. The free coffee and snacks is a great plus - don's start charging for these! K1 caretaker CEO Bryce Gordon seems to be bringing focus and simplification to everything while K1 finds a new CEO.
Cons
The relentless pace and do everything at the same time approach is hard to keep up with and not for everyone, The demotion of the previous CEO to CRO is a very odd move and uncomfortable.
