      Good place to work with plenty of opportunities to get involved in cool, forward-looking projects. Real momentum around AI innovation and transformation. Strong team spirit with product pride and a commercially focused culture that gets results.

      Cons

      Breakfast only two days a week instead of five, we’d happily take more!

      - Incredible Leadership team across ELT/SLT with marketing leading talent in role and more coming - Leadership and the org deeply care about bringing people on the journey of growth and change, brave when it comes to making critical decisions - Scale-up vibe, fast-paced, lots of opportunity for impactful work and driving improvements - Truly AI led/supported in work delivery complimenting what humans can do - Investing in people and innovation - We are our own customer and product development solves real challenges for the org

      - Both a pro and a con, ELMO is fast paced with lots of work to do - Ambiguous at times which can lead to innovation but if not managed well can lead to burnout also
