      - people and supportive team - Overall corporate culture is good - Decent product and infrastructure - Excellent CEO and clarity on company direction - Suitable for junior sales experience

      Cons

      - Very poor regional sales leadership - this is the real problem - Constant micro management on every deal - Very immature mentaility and behaviour - Poor strategic focus and ability to strategise in deals - Constant change with people coming and going with no explanation

      - Incredible Leadership team across ELT/SLT with marketing leading talent in role and more coming - Leadership and the org deeply care about bringing people on the journey of growth and change, brave when it comes to making critical decisions - Scale-up vibe, fast-paced, lots of opportunity for impactful work and driving improvements - Truly AI led/supported in work delivery complimenting what humans can do - Investing in people and innovation - We are our own customer and product development solves real challenges for the org

      Cons

      - Both a pro and a con, ELMO is fast paced with lots of work to do - Ambiguous at times which can lead to innovation but if not managed well can lead to burnout also
