Awesome place to work at.

Parking lot can be icy in the winter.

I was a part of the Marketing team. The team's general atmosphere was chill and gave me full autonomy over the webmaster related projects. There were some project initiatives which I had to own from requirement gathering, to design, architecting the application, and building it. Also, they rarely fire anyone.

Each team has different atmosphere depending on the leadership. So, there were some corporate politics where individuals from other teams were jealous of our team's chill environment and complained to HR about random things. Also lack of growth and opportunities since its not a huge company.
