      Pros

      The company has a true sense of comradery with departments supporting each other. There is a real sense of teamwork without egos. It's rare! The US leadership team brings the individual channels together while taking the brand forward with their vision, wisdom and support!

      Cons

      The compensation ranges vary to a degree it can be demotivating.

      None. If you are smart you will run from this company.

      Cons

      This place is crashing and burning quickly. Its ran by a President NA who is a dictator who cares nothing about his employees and is only concerned with making money. He treats his entire team with no respect and treats women with no respect and values . There is no diversity, training , processes and you are on your own to succeed. The UK team does not care about the NA team and HR plays a significant role in the toxicity that drives that business. The turnover is extremely high l. If you are looking for a company where you can grow, learn and feel supported this is not it.
