Traveling with the job was the biggest highlight. Yearly seminar was great to connect with fellow trainers.
Cons
Could be called the last minute and asked to fly or drive to a location hours away. Continuous professional development only offered once a year. No structure in the company, you will go far if you are liked by the management. Impossible to change divisions. No future growth. No work life balance.
