Pros

Nothing left. After the regime changed, all the pros were gone. It is all about GWP,

Cons

The thing right now is job security. People are not leaving, They are disappearing. One day you come to work and hear that your colleague is leaving in 2 weeks etc or you learn someone is already left. There are a lot of stories like this. The communication in the company is broken and even strategic changes spread as backdoor gossip at the workplace. The management doesn't even bother informing people and middle management is underqualified to prevent such things.
