Pros
People are friendly and committed and it can be a fun place to work Some good products that could be better
Cons
Lack of direction from Board Members and lack of due process. Little if any strategy on how to develop the business apart from 'just sell more'! Too great an emphasis on growing the share price at the expense of the steps required to get there.
