Management! Management is all over the place. Nobody knows what they're doing and BECAUSE they don't know what they're doing they take it out on the employees They have a point system The benefits are absolutely atrocious. You might as well pay for insurance outside of this company bc it sucks. Everyone is a brown noser and is out to get the next person. They are quick to take your position away because they are a private company. They will fire you AT WILL for no reason. Mostly because they don't like you. You're always being watched. Every 6 months they have a market and this is a very stressful time. It was an inconvenience to me to have to travel every 6 months and stay a week and a half.. I have pets I have obligations at home. I hated market you work overtime from sun up to sun down during those 2 weeks. Check was nice tho.
