Pros

No pressure, kind and competent people, infinite home office, lots of different tasks, nice working environment, humane employer, very low workload as an intern

Cons

Burning EU taxpayer money, political, bureaucratic and incompetent leadership, The higher you go, the worse it gets. Lack of purpose, inefficient processes, slow decisionmaking, lack of people management and leadership, unfair distribution of workload, lack of coherent strategy, dumb decisions from central office, no real performance review, low-quality work is also accepted, no consequences. This all leads to it being a bs job, meaningless, therefore demotivating.

Pros

Only pro is the possibility for remote work.

Cons

I have never worked in an organization as clueless and highly unprofessional like EIT Health. The organization lacks strategic direction and leadership has no business mind to structure a healthy progressive company. It is an absolute waste of tax payers money as an EU funded organization and I do hope they scrap the organization.

Pros

Despite its challenges, EIT Health offers some positive aspects such as flexibility with remote work, a meaningful mission focused on improving healthcare, and a team of talented and dedicated colleagues. Unfortunately, many of these great people are leaving the organization due to the ongoing instability and lack of support. It's disheartening to see such talent go, as they are integral to the organization's success and the mission we believe in.

Cons

During my time at EIT Health, I witnessed a constant state of flux and a lack of stability. The organization struggles with a lack of clear strategy and direction, largely due to management being heavily influenced by partners who prioritize their own short-term gains over the long-term sustainability of the organization. This has resulted in an environment where employees are not valued or appreciated, leading to high levels of uncertainty and low morale. With no strategic plan in place and partners not invested in securing the future of EIT Health, the organization faces a grim outlook. In the coming years, it is likely that most employees will be let go, as the organization faces a prolonged decline and a slow demise.
