Pros

The work culture fosters collaboration, creativity, and inclusivity, making it a truly excellent environment to thrive in. The learning opportunities provided are abundant, with ample chances to develop skills in communication strategy, media relations, and content creation. Moreover, the camaraderie among colleagues enhances productivity and creates a supportive atmosphere for personal and professional growth.

Cons

One notable concern is the lack of clear growth and promotion opportunities. While the role offers valuable experiences, there's a noticeable absence of structured pathways for career advancement within the organization. Additionally, the organizational structure and coherence can sometimes be ambiguous, which may lead to challenges in aligning efforts and achieving collective goals.

Pros

Only pro is the possibility for remote work.

Cons

I have never worked in an organization as clueless and highly unprofessional like EIT Health. The organization lacks strategic direction and leadership has no business mind to structure a healthy progressive company. It is an absolute waste of tax payers money as an EU funded organization and I do hope they scrap the organization.

Pros

No pressure, kind and competent people, infinite home office, lots of different tasks, nice working environment, humane employer, very low workload as an intern

Cons

Burning EU taxpayer money, political, bureaucratic and incompetent leadership, The higher you go, the worse it gets. Lack of purpose, inefficient processes, slow decisionmaking, lack of people management and leadership, unfair distribution of workload, lack of coherent strategy, dumb decisions from central office, no real performance review, low-quality work is also accepted, no consequences. This all leads to it being a bs job, meaningless, therefore demotivating.
