Pros
Having a job in New York City.
Cons
Everything else. The CEO of the company, Mr. Wilk, is the largest waste if life I've yet to come across. This man is undeniably a pile of living trash mad up of all the worst qualities in a human. Because of this the company suffers greatly. Struggling to not only acquire but to keep clients, it's safe to say this company isn't doing well. The office location is amazing, however the office itself is a cramped little room with over 14 desks crammed inside. The interview process is horrible. They make you judge your coding abilities on a scale of 1-10 and then give you over 13 different exams all with over 20-30 confusingly worded questions. If you don't score perfectly or relative to the score you gave yourself then he lowers the wage he wants to pay you.
The people there looked depressed and miserable. You can tell their not happy with working there and only do it because they need an income. The work they put out is old and outdated designs that look like a middle schooler had sketched them up on MS Paint.
