Pros

You learn a lot about the field you endeavor into- everyone is confused as hell though and you receive a lot of contradicting information at times

Cons

I'm supposed to be full time, but I have to clock out every time I take a dump even so by the end of the week I make it out with 20 something hours .. I could make more hourly working at McDonald's

Pros

Having a job in New York City.

Cons

Everything else. The CEO of the company, Mr. Wilk, is the largest waste if life I've yet to come across. This man is undeniably a pile of living trash mad up of all the worst qualities in a human. Because of this the company suffers greatly. Struggling to not only acquire but to keep clients, it's safe to say this company isn't doing well. The office location is amazing, however the office itself is a cramped little room with over 14 desks crammed inside. The interview process is horrible. They make you judge your coding abilities on a scale of 1-10 and then give you over 13 different exams all with over 20-30 confusingly worded questions. If you don't score perfectly or relative to the score you gave yourself then he lowers the wage he wants to pay you. The people there looked depressed and miserable. You can tell their not happy with working there and only do it because they need an income. The work they put out is old and outdated designs that look like a middle schooler had sketched them up on MS Paint.

Pros

He'll pay for your drinks

Cons

Can't even say I learned anything. As an intern I worked on actual projects and I didn't get any guidance. As an example, I designed an entire website that went live for FREE. One time I thought Sanford was trying to get my attention only to turn around and hear him say "I was trying to snap your bra" He berates and belittles anyone and everyone. He heavily got involved with my life, wanting to speak to my dad about my future to decided what I should major in school. He even disapproved of my boyfriend. It seemed as if all he wanted to do was get females drunk. It's a super cramped office with no personal space. He required everyone to read a book from his library and he quizzed you on it. Of course you had to read this book during non working hours. It's a waste of your time. You won't learn anything and will work for free. I left before finishing my internship. I had a feeling even if I did stick around enough to get paid, it wouldn't have been much.
