Cons
eGeeks Global has no professionalism. Non-professional and non-technical people are running the tech department. The departmental head changes almost every day. There is no job security here, anyone can be fired at any time. HR frequently threatens employees, creating a toxic work environment. HR deducts salary for minor excuses even being 1 minute late results in salary deduction. The company is facing serious financial problems, yet they still make promises to new employees about things like cars, which they never deliver.
