freedom work life balance. Products are good.

Cons

minimal training, company does not advertise nor can potential customers find them online. Reps costs well above other dealers. Top down managers. Low Moral, high turnover. Nepotism is king

Pros

There are some wonderfully talented and professional individuals within the organization. The product and services are highly competitive and bring value to businesses. The company has a strong history in Florida with many satisfied customers, narrowing the field of competition in the market.

Cons

Lack of quality leadership in territory, lack of sales development and a lack of professionalism in territory office. There is little to no relationship between corporate and regional office staff.
