Thank you for your comments. It is important for all of our colleagues to be engaged in their work and feel motivated to succeed, whether this be a financial reward or other recognition. We wish you luck in your future career.
The people were very friendly and helpful including both HR and the other engineers I worked with. Very flexible with work and hours and made the experience about learning instead of simply getting menial tasks out of an intern and making a publicity stunt.
Cons
Intern program was fairly new when I started and had some further organization to be done and sometimes I found myself not knowing exactly what to do.
