Stress level is not too high. You can balance your work and personal life easily.

Cons

New production approaches should be applied like Lean production, TPM, TQM etc. Otherwise the learnings from the company would stay stable.

Pros

The people were very friendly and helpful including both HR and the other engineers I worked with. Very flexible with work and hours and made the experience about learning instead of simply getting menial tasks out of an intern and making a publicity stunt.

Cons

Intern program was fairly new when I started and had some further organization to be done and sometimes I found myself not knowing exactly what to do.
