- work independently - great youth - coworkers are there when you need - meaningful work
Cons
-Management -Supervisors -The discrimination, lack of care, how they look down on you. Unsupportive. - All management are best friends and hire who they like, not who is qualified. - no consistency - low pay, no increase. Or unfair increases to people who are much newer. - the program could be improved, youth come and go as the please and don’t have responsibilities or goals that they care about so they misbehave and have no structure. I don’t blame them for running away and fighting.
