Pros

They're always hiring so if you need a job quick, at least you have something. This is only worth going after if you are extremely good at sales and want a sales job.

Cons

They tell you the job is full-time when I didn't receive full time hours at all the entire time I was there. It's not until you start working that you find out that hours are performance based. Management is also extremely disorganized; most of my paychecks had something wrong with them. They also have a VERY high turnover rate.

Pros

The pay is decent, it’s every Friday. the people you work with are extremely friendly and willing to help you understand what you are doing for this job. Extra time taken to be with coworkers and train to be better educated on the field

Cons

Pay roll doesn’t kick in until 2 weeks from your first day and even on your first paycheck it could be under $50 easily because even tho it’s paid training you’re being paid to train for an hour every day for 3 days sometimes less sometimes more depending on them. Very vague during interviews. They never answer directly and will avoid any questions about what the company does and how pay works. And for new hires if you don’t have money for gas for the first 2 weeks. Good luck because you won’t get a real paycheck until 3 weeks for most people. You are also selling Direct TV in Costco’s. I’ve heard stories from people saying they never new it was a sales person job because during the interview it’s so vague. Be prepared to ware out your tires. And add up those miles. They do pay you 0.54 cents to the mile for driving to different Costco’s. Buuuut only if you’re leaving to the store from the office. So it doesn’t add much too much. Also ask lots of questions on how to make better sales. It’s easy to make a sale just gotta but in the effort

We appreciate your detailed review of our company! We are sorry to hear of any negative experience you may have had with us, and sorry that you felt there was any vagueness during the interview process. We do have multiple locations that our sales representatives will travel too, and gas is always compensated. As for pay, we have recently updated our pay where we no longer are 2 weeks in arrears which means from beginning of employment you will be paid for the week prior and are, of course, paid on a weekly basis from there on. We are, however, very pleased to know that you find our team to be friendly and encouraging! We encourage you to give the office a call to discuss any questions or concerns you may still have. As always, we appreciate any feedback, good or bad, as it will always help us grow!
