Pros
Good commission, great environment, good opportunity
Cons
its a sales job, you will have your ups and downs
Pros
First and foremost the money can come quick and easy to those that work hard and or are plain and simply good. Second, EG Solutions offers a rare opportunity to not only work and secure a weekly pay check, and grow into a roll of your choosing, based upon effort and personal preference. My time at EG Solutions taught me more than a degree in communications and business ever could, and I say that now having both experiences. Management at EG Solutions, specifically Stephanie Aparicio, offered more guidance than any manager I've experienced working with. It was truly refreshing working with such a phenomenal individual. Third: The and I repeat the Money can be really good!
Cons
The work can get overwhelming and an individual whom can not handle themselves and stay organized will either get better or get bitter.
Pros
The pay is decent, it’s every Friday. the people you work with are extremely friendly and willing to help you understand what you are doing for this job. Extra time taken to be with coworkers and train to be better educated on the field
Cons
Pay roll doesn’t kick in until 2 weeks from your first day and even on your first paycheck it could be under $50 easily because even tho it’s paid training you’re being paid to train for an hour every day for 3 days sometimes less sometimes more depending on them. Very vague during interviews. They never answer directly and will avoid any questions about what the company does and how pay works. And for new hires if you don’t have money for gas for the first 2 weeks. Good luck because you won’t get a real paycheck until 3 weeks for most people. You are also selling Direct TV in Costco’s. I’ve heard stories from people saying they never new it was a sales person job because during the interview it’s so vague. Be prepared to ware out your tires. And add up those miles. They do pay you 0.54 cents to the mile for driving to different Costco’s. Buuuut only if you’re leaving to the store from the office. So it doesn’t add much too much. Also ask lots of questions on how to make better sales. It’s easy to make a sale just gotta but in the effort
