Pros

I started out as team member and worked myself up to supervisor within a year at the age of 19. This job is great if you’re desperate for work as they employ anyone that turns up for an interview

Cons

They employ anyone that turns up for an interview because they’re so desperate. This means a lot of lazy people will call in sick or not do their job properly so it’ll feel like you’re doing 3 different jobs at once constantly. 13 hour shifts. 4.30 am starts that leave you with a nice 2 hour gap to eat and shower before having to go sleep at a reasonable time to gain enough hours because you’ll have to be up at 3am the next day. This company takes the nick out of you if you agree to do overtime and you end up working 50-60 hour weeks. This job has damaged my social life greatly and I’m only 21!!

Pros

It's a job if you have nothing else

Cons

For the most expensive gas station somehow they manage to still be the lowest paid - only being offered a $1 raise for a leadership position when I have over 5 years of management experience is disgusting. They only care about getting people to sign up for rewards and will write you up if you don't get people putting in their number - they basically expect you to hold a gun to the guest head and force them to put their number in - district and regional management only care about juicing their bonuses while the rest of us struggle to pay rent every month - brought this up to regional manger over 3 months ago with a "I'll look into it" yeah right buddy..
