International projects frequently want additional concessions & free hours on site and argue the last 20% .... "Even tho you gave us a color sample, we didn't picture that exact color..."

Pros
Open and team based fast company. All for one and one for all mentality. The opportunity for growth was unimited and encouraged. Team members encourated to think "Out of The Box" and develop new channels for revenue.
Cons
Lack of marketing skill and lack of focus on Key Certificatkoins/Science needed for success. Senior Team did not spend enough time on valideation and teseting. Distributor support was very limitied even thoughj most of the revenue stream came from Distrihutors.
