1) Never Pay Salary on time. Each & every month they delay Salary by 10-15 days with a common excuse of Fund Problem. 2) A limited company, but they have no financial planning. They doesn't have different fund for salary. They wait for client payment to pay employees. Completely Unprofessional. 3) Dictatorship goes on by some few people. 4) No Standard HR Policy. 5) Never pay financial benefits, as per ur CTC. When u ask for it, you should have been cautioned for misbehavior. 6) No appreciation of your work. Rather pressurize you more. 7) Their recruitment goes on 365 days, because at least 7-8 resignation each month. Now think how the company is. Maximum employees resign within 6 months. 8) No Personal life. 9) Back Dated Technology. 10) Back Dated & Dictating mentality of Management.
