Cons
1. They can fire you anytime even if your performance is good 2. This company is for managers . You will not be allowed to grow here . 3. Lots of meeting ( may 4 in a day ) and less work , if you have to finish your work then you have to stay late . 4. Very inefficient HR . 5 . No Welfare for employees only cost cutting 6 . If company has to show profit in next quarter they can fire you to show those profits . 7. They have sold their building and took a rented building for same purpose. 8 . Don't know if company is in real mess , on paper they are showing profits buy selling their building and firing their employees. 9 My suggestion is please wait for other company offers don't jump and join this . They will try their best to get you join and ruin your career.
