Pros
-Supportive Engineering team helped me transition from an EIT position to District Engineer -Some Districts are full of great people (mine is)
Cons
-All employees are second to the sales team, who are at times given free reign to make whatever promises as long as it makes the company money, while everyone else picks up the pieces -Mediocre Pay -Very little vacation time - Not much room for advancement if you aren't interested in selling
