Working at EFBA has been a real professional boost for me, as I have developed my skills. I have discovered a management team that is concerned with improving its management techniques and that has always taken my needs into account. I feel happy there. I don't see any, honestly. I feel like the management team is taking into account the opinions of former employees to improve, and things are really going in the right direction.
