EFR has provided me with with countless opportunities to make a positive impact both in and out of the office. Working here has contributed to my growth both as an individual and a professional, with a supportive atmosphere and a tight-knit group of amazing, friendly and dedicated people. The ownership and senior leadership team has changed several times during my tenure, and some were better than others - but the current leadership group seems to be the best so far and I believe the company is in great hands. Their mission, passion and commitment to clients is second to none in the industry, and I am so thankful for my time here.

Small teams with lots of responsibility for individual contributors. It can feel overwhelming at times, but it's always been worth it.

Great communication attempts between management and company employees, annual raises (per my experience), amazing IT department

Mediocre administration by upper-management team, hourly rate kept up with minimum wage which hardly paid the bills
