Pros

- No salary negociation, when you have the interview, the amount you say you want is the final offer. No counteroffers, no negotiations - Very good management, real, no corporate bulls**t - Long term partnerships, when you have to change the project, they are patient with you and don't rush you to leave the company if they don't have a project right away for you - Partnerships with big companies(IBM, Microsoft, Kyndryl)

Cons

- It's an outsourcing company, the project that you are on can be very good and interesting or not so much. I understand that this is how all outsourcing companies work, but it's still a con in case you are in a bad project.

Pros

I've been working in this company for more than 2 years. It is a very nice company with a constantly growing team. Very good place to start your career and develop your skills. People that I've worked with are very open, very skilled and ready to help you. There is access to training and certifications and the company is encouraging employees to learn and develop, to pursue a career path. Your voice is being heard by the upper management and when in need, the history showed me that solutions are always found.

Cons

Some of the projects use proprietary products and if you don't constantly keep track with the outside world, you may find yourself a bit lost with the technology.

Pros

Stable - they care for people working with. Company is growing thus new opportunities arise. Large projects, cutting-edge technologies exposure, yet company is flexible and friendly with employees and customers.

Cons

Stability is required for employees, and willingness to grow. Company asks for continuous improvement in terms of technical skills at least. Projects tend to be on the lengthy and complex side.
