People that I've worked with are very open, very skilled and ready to help you. There is access to training and certifications and the company is encouraging employees to learn and develop, to pursue a career path. Your voice is being heard by the upper management and when in need, the history showed me that solutions are always found.

Some of the projects use proprietary products and if you don't constantly keep track with the outside world, you may find yourself a bit lost with the technology.
