      Pros

      Fully remote, unlimited PTO, decent benefits

      Cons

      Everything else. Expect to be overworked and underpaid while you watch only buddies of the CSuite get hired and high paying roles, even when they have no idea what they are doing. It seems like no one in management knows what they are doing. There is a direction for the company, but they won't tell you what it is. Everything is a big secret. This is a not a career, this is a stepping stone.

      Varied and interesting development work from a wide array of clients. Close nit teams that are a joy to work with.

      Cons

      Difficult and challenging work could be an issue to some. However, fantastic work/life balance.

      Flexible work schedule and unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Management is completely disconnected from the employees. There is absolutely no direction from leadership. You'll be dropped like a bad habit at some point.
